Estate & Tag Sales
From one piece to an entire household, we will liquidate it for you. H&S Estate Services assists Attorneys, Heirs, Realtors, Trustees, Executors, Store Owners and Accountants by conducting Estate Sales.
Estate and tag sales are usually held in the home or shop to be liquidated over a 1 to 3 day period. Everything is priced for sale and attractively displayed. If the sale cannot be held on site we will gladly pack and/or move everything to another location. And please, don’t throw anything away before our inspection. You’d be surprised— we sell just about everything! Leave everything in place until our consultation.

Conduct the Sale in a Secure Environment
Facilitate Distribution to Heirs
Donate or Dispose of Unsalable Items
Leave Premises Broom Clean
Other Services
H&S Estate Services also include cleanouts and buyouts and preparing fragile items for transport to museums or distant heirs. Our network of other professionals enables us to schedule moving or downsizing services and buyouts.
Fees
For Tag Sales there are no up-front costs and never any out-of-pocket expenses for you. All fees and commissions are deducted from sale proceeds and the balance is promptly remitted to you.
Fees are reasonable and vary according to the size and type of project and the degree of order on site when we begin work. Commissions are based on a percentage of realized sales.
Cleanouts are generally billed at an hourly rate or for a set fee. Free estimates are gladly given.
